Our plans are designed to provide assistance in utilizing and growing your Acumatica system through continuous enhancement improvements. “Assistance” is the key word in understanding the core difference between the plans:
- Via the Cirrus plan, we further develop and refine parts of the system already in use by creating additional enhancements to the system for you; we collaborate to define requirements for these deliverables and then create them. This integrated, wraparound approach is often preferred for new deployments.
- Via the Cumulus plan, we will help you further develop and refine parts of the system already in use by getting you to the finish-line on enhancement work you are driving yourself; our expectation is you make a “best effort” to create something (e.g., writing a new report or inquiry) on your own before engaging Somerset.
- Via the Stratus plan, because this option is priced very low, no enhancement help is included; as desired, Revive ERP can create enhancements based on a fixed-fee quote.
